Plan, create, and schedule highly engaging social media content across platforms. Manage daily audience engagement, respond to comments, and foster community growth. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimize our social strategy for better reach. Stay on top of industry trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all public content maintains brand safety, professionalism, and aligns with basic UK regulatory communication guidelines (e.g., FCA clear and fair promotion standards) where applicable.

Proven experience or a strong personal portfolio showcasing social media management. Excellent copywriting skills with a sharp eye for visual design and aesthetics. Hands-on familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools. High creativity, consistency, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication skills and adaptability to remote team collaboration.
