Full Stack Developer Intern

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and responsive web applications. Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement highly scalable software solutions. Identify bottlenecks, debug complex technical issues, and optimize application performance. Write clean, modular, secure, and well-documented code for future maintainability. Compliance & Data Security: Ensure all code, database architectures, and data handling practices comply with GDPR and UK financial data security standards (e.g., FCA cybersecurity guidelines), maintaining strict protection of user information.

Proven hands-on experience in full-stack web development (via prior internships, freelance, or strong personal/open-source projects). Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages relevant to our stack (e.g., Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Supabase, or PostgreSQL). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive debugging mindset. Ability to take full ownership of features, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment. Solid understanding of version control (Git) and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
